Success:

Glenn W. Cunningham has distinguished himself as a trial lawyer. He has achieved verdicts and settlements totaling tens of millions of dollars; results that not only provide relief for victims and their families, but that also serve to deter future unacceptable behavior.

Glenn W. Cunningham credits much of his success as a trial lawyer to the 10 years that he spent defending doctors and hospitals. While working as a successful medical malpractice defense lawyer, he learned the ins-and-outs of the healthcare system, the tricks doctors, hospitals, and their lawyers use to defend themselves against meritorious claims, where hospitals hide documents and relevant records, and how healthcare professionals cover for each other. Glenn utilizes this "inside" knowledge to his clients’ advantage when prosecuting healthcare professionals for their negligence.

Professional Recognition:

For the last ten consecutive years, Texas Super Lawyers has recognized Glenn W. Cunningham as a Texas Super Lawyer and, for the last two years, as one of the Top 50 Super Lawyers in Central and West Texas. The National Trial Lawyers has repeatedly named Glenn as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Texas, and S.A. Scene magazine has named him a Top Medical Malpractice Lawyer in San Antonio for multiple years. Glenn has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating (the highest rating possible), and a Superb "10.0" rating from AVVO, also the highest rating.

Glenn W. Cunningham is the current President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and a Past President of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Executive Committees of The National Trial Lawyers and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Glenn is honored to serve on the Boards of such fine organizations -- organizations that fight daily to safeguard the rights of Texans to access the courthouse to secure justice.

Professional colleagues recognize Glenn W. Cunningham as a scholar, in addition to being a talented trial lawyer. Beginning as a student at Baylor Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of the Baylor Law Review, and continuing to the present, Glenn has published many papers and articles on relevant legal topics, and is a frequent lecturer at legal industry conferences.
