Success:
Glenn W. Cunningham has distinguished himself as a trial lawyer. He has achieved verdicts and settlements totaling tens of millions of dollars; results that not only provide relief for victims and their families, but deter future unacceptable behavior.
Glenn W. Cunningham credits much of his success as a trial lawyer to the 10½ years that he spent as a defense attorney. During the years that Glenn defended doctors and hospitals, he learned the ins-and-outs of the health care system, the tricks that doctors, hospitals and their lawyers use to defend meritorious claims, where hospitals hide documents and relevant records, and how healthcare professionals cover for each other. Glenn utilizes this “inside” knowledge to advantage when prosecuting healthcare professionals for their negligence.
Professional Recognition:
Glenn W. Cunningham is recognized by colleagues as a scholar, in addition to being a talented trial lawyer. Beginning as a student at Baylor Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of the Baylor Law Review, and continuing to the present, Glenn has published papers and articles on relevant legal topics, and is a frequent lecturer at statewide conferences.
Glenn W. Cunningham is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a prestigious distinction achieved by only 22% of attorneys nationwide.
Glenn W. Cunningham is the President of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, Chairman of the Bexar County Justice PAC of SATLA and is a Sustaining Member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Glenn is honored to serve on the Boards of such a fine organizations -- organizations that fight daily to protect the rights of Texans to access the courthouse to secure justice.
